Function: reduceVerticesAndSetOrientation()

reduceVerticesAndSetOrientation(paths, warps, cns, sim): WeftPath[]

Defined in: simulation/simulation.ts:2239

because each float produces two verticies, they are redundant. remove one but update y such that the one that is kept is the tallest of the two (to account for warp-face weft float blocking)
